Janitorial Services
The building janitorial services are performed daily, Monday through Friday, except on select holidays as specified in your lease. All common areas, lobbies, and washrooms will be cleaned nightly and maintained in the highest standard of cleanliness. The nightly cleaning of tenant areas will take place after 6:00pm which will consist of vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and damp mopping of vinyl floor areas, dusting, wastebasket trash removal and recycle bins. A periodic schedule, either weekly or monthly for certain items, will cover high dusting of blinds, vacuuming of upholstered furniture, and the washing of both sides of the building’s perimeter window glass.
Special services such as the maintenance of interior office glass, lighting fixture lenses, computer rooms, kitchens, spot removal or shampooing of carpeted areas can be made through the Property Management Office through a work ticket request via Angus online work order system www.angusanywhere.com. Special clean-ups after parties or special late-night meetings are the responsibility of the tenant to arrange with the Property Management Office with minimum 24 hour notice via Angus.
It is preferred practice that the janitorial service company under contract with Transwestern is used by tenants for special services.
All of the above arrangements are to be arranged through the Property management Office via online work order system.
At no time is a tenant permitted to remove trash from their space, and place it in a common area corridor or elevator lobby. Any large accumulation of cardboard, files, etc. must be kept within the demised premise, and removed at night by the cleaning service. Removal of trash other than paper and cardboard; (i.e.: old furniture, heavy equipment, copiers, computers) must be pre-arranged with the Property Management Office. At no time will the tenant dispose of heavy equipment in the refuse container located outside the building.
