Party Package

In regards to your planned party, it will be necessary for you to provide a Certificate of Insurance with the specifications listed below:

  1. Building owner and Transwestern are included as a named insured as their interest may appear with respects to (building address), Naperville, IL for a party given by named insured and/or its affiliates.
  2. The Certificate of Insurance must include coverage for:
    1. General Liability - $2,000,000 aggregate (or more) for bodily injury and property damage.
    2. Host Liquor Liability Coverage – If the insured is buying and serving. If the insured is having the party catered, then the Caterer must supply a Certificate of Insurance naming BOTH the Names Insured and the Building Owner as an additional insured party.
REMINDER:

It will be the responsibility of the Bartender and our tenant to be sure no one under legal drinking age drinks any alcohol. If they do, the insurance will not cover either party for a property loss or bodily injury.
