Procedures for Medical and Other Emergencies

  1. If you discover a medical or other life-threatening emergency in your work area or building, the following procedures must be followed:
    1. Call 911 and give the following information:
    2. Nature of the emergency: Medical, other
    3. Your name:
    4. Complete street address of where the emergency is (be prepared to spell the street name):
    5. Building name (or the name of your business if appropriate)
    6. Suite number and/or floor where the emergency is located:
    7. Closest street intersection:
    8. A telephone number they may reach you if they need to call you back:

    4. Telephone number you are calling from:
    5. Whether or not you have called 911:
