Outdoor Grilling

Due to the safety and liability issues that outdoor grilling creates, ownership does NOT permit outdoor grilling on any of our properties (patios, grass areas, parking lots, etc.) unless provided by the Operator of the Deli facility at 1240 E. Diehl Rd.

Patio reservations for large gatherings are required; simply submit request via Angus work order system for property management office. Tenants can provide boxed lunches, catering, etc., but no activity that involves fire and flames is permitted, unless arrangements for catering have been made through the Operator of the Deli facility at 1240 E. Diehl Rd.
