Purpose of the Fire and Life and Safety Plan

  1. The purpose of this Fire and Life Safety Plan is to instruct tenants and their employees to apply the guidelines herein when fire or other life-threatening emergencies exist.
  2. Fire Drills will be conducted annually. Fire Drills will be coordinated ahead of time with the local Fire Department and the Service Partner who monitors the building fire alarm panels.  At the time of the Fire Drill, the local Fire Department should be present.
  3. The enclosed material should be read carefully so that you are made aware of the exact procedures for handling emergencies. This will ensure the highest degree of safety to all concerned.
  4. Copies of this plan should be distributed to all occupants so everyone will be familiar with the enclosed procedures.
