Move-Out Procedures & Check List for Tenant

Building Engineer

All moves must be supervised by the Building Management. An Engineer must be present for the move. Arrangements must be made in advance with the Management Office for scheduling. The Building Engineer will oversee the move process and has all authority on behalf of Management to stop the move process should the mover fail to comply with building policy and procedures. Moving is allowed during the day, Monday through Friday 7am until 5pm. Any moves scheduled for off hours, Tenant will be responsible for all costs associated with having the Building Engineer on-site during the move and will be invoiced as such at the current engineering overtime rate.

Tenant Representative

A Tenant representative must be present during the move process.

Indemnity – Insurance

The mover shall at the mover’s sole cost and expense obtain, maintain, and deliver to the Management Office, at least five (5) days prior to any move, a Certificate of Insurance evidencing per the insurance requirements.

Management will refuse the mover access to the building if limits provided on the Certificate of Insurance are not in accordance with the above or if RCS-Naperville, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company; and NCC-Cabana, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company; as Tenants-in-common and Transwestern Commercial Services Illinois, L.L.C. d/b/a Transwestern are not named as additional insured.

Move-Out Check List:

  1. Provide written notice to Management office stating the date of the move, forwarding address, and telephone via email or Angus work order system www.angusanywhere.com.
  2. Provide Management office with all information on the moving company.
  3. Provide Certificate of Insurance from moving company to the Management Office.
  4. All suite and private office keys and building card keys must be turned in to the Management office prior to final departure.
  5. A final walk-through inspection of the premises should be scheduled with Management and Engineering for the following business day after the move out date.
  6. All low voltage wiring must be removed from the walls & ceiling. Engineering can provide a cost to Tenant to perform this work upon request via Angus work order system.
