Renovations to Tenant Space

A tenant may have a special need regarding renovations to tenant’s layout, additional air diffusers, lights, outlets, painting, etc. Any of these, or similar requests related to your space proper must first be directed to the Property Management Office for review. You will then be advised as to the feasibility of such requests and how we may help facilitate same. Through your Property Management Office, the project will be reviewed and we will advise you as to the necessary requirements to be met (permits, insurance certificates, licenses, construction standards, building work material, updating drawings, etc.).
