Parking Restrictions

Parking along the building perimeter is prohibited. This is a designated fire lane. These clearly posted fire lanes around each building and the entrance driveways must be kept clear for emergency vehicles.

Handicap parking is reserved for those vehicles with the properly marked credentials displayed either on the license plates or on the windshield of the car.

Designated parking spaces are posted for visitors and reserved tenant assignment. We request that all tenants respect the use of these designated parking spaces. Transwestern does not allow overnight parking of vehicles, unless prior notification is given to the Property Management Office with minimum of 24 hours-notice via Angus work order system.
